My mission is to make sure you feel safe, inspired, and motivated to achieve all of your personal training fitness goals here at the Seattle Gym.

If this is your first personal training experience - welcome! Taking that first step and hiring a personal trainer is something that I take very seriously.

Since 2005 I’ve trained hundreds of clients and have performed over 13,000 1-to-1 personal training sessions right here in Seattle.

I use all modalities of exercise and fitness to bring a holistic approach to each and every personal training session that you and I have together.

I include resistance training, cardio, flexibility, and for fun…boxing! You’ll have fun, we’ll become good friends, and in the process you’ll lose fat while toning and sculpting your body.

If you feel weird hiring a personal trainer, or feel weird in the Seattle gym scene, welcome home! I’ll make sure that you feel safe and comfortable here at the Seattle Gym with step by step guidance through each and every stage in your personal training journey.
